Our net fundraising dollars go directly to experiences, enhanced programming and initiatives for the people we support, as our administrative dollars are funded from other sources. At AIM, it is the financial support from donors that allow us to go above and beyond for those we serve, providing unrestricted access to unique, person-centered, life-enriching activities that ultimately lead to personal growth and maximum independence. Some of the ways our fundraising dollars enhance lives include, but are not limited to: Health and wellness initiatives, creative arts, employment and life skills, community engagement, unique personal needs, recreation and more.

The individuals we serve have a choice of who there Broker is. They can change a Broker at anytime during their plan.
Hi Michael, Back when we first started we were called Alternatives In Mankind. We felt this wasn't a true reflection of our services, as we partner with people of diverse abilities in fostering growth and independence. When we changed our name to AIM Services, we thought AIM had a better tone as it reflects "aiming" for the power of potential and independence. Hope this helps.
