I have taken my cat and dog there for years. Very happy. Very professional . Wellness Insurance is definitely worth it.

What happened? I didn't know we had a balance due and they were rude like we were criminals. In fairness we need to pay it but their attitude was horrendous. One person said we had to pay cash and on a second callback a bit later the other man said no matter what we aren't welcome there. Uh okay. I'm off to call their accounting/billing and afterwards calling their 800 corporate

I wanted to take the time to write a great review for this place because the receptionists were so amazing and helpful, and the staff was able to get us in same day! My puppy needed a vaccination that day in order to attend an upcoming puppy class and I called Banfield Pet Hospital because my regular vet cancelled last minute. I explained the situation, and the receptionist was so helpful and was able to get us an appointment within a few hours. The price was great! The staff was exceptionally sweet and helpful. The environment was clean and stress free. The experience was so quick and easy. I would 100% recommend this veterinarian, and I will be using them as my primary vet in the future.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 8, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 8, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
