We, too, had transportation booked well in advance for our daughter’s wedding. I became concerned when Upstate would not take final payment and finalize details for the 10/8 event. Thankfully, I found another vendor and then cancelled Upstate and then found out that Upstate had cancelled last minute on at least two weddings.

Never do business with this company or their affiliate Brown Transportation. My daughter booked them to do a shuttle for her wedding. They called her 2 days before the wedding and cancelled on her. When I called the office, they hung up on me.

If I could leave 0 stars, that would be their rating. This company was hired through The Shenendehowa school district to pick up my 5 year old son and drive him to The center for Disabilty services in Albany every day there is school. Since day 1 we have had nothing but problems. They come when they want to, if they decide to show up. Friday they just left my son at school. Never had a thought that maybe they should pick him up even though they dropped him off in the morning, and no one has a reason why or how this could’ve happened. Thank god his nurse goes to school with him everyday and could sit with him until I picked him up 1/2 an hour away. The clown running this whole circus, Barb is the most incompetent of all, but she doesn’t care because 1. She’s retiring this year and 2. It’s not her child. I would look elsewhere if you really need to hire a bus company. They will not show up on time if they even do show up.

I recently used these folks for my wedding to shuttle customers. They were by far my most difficult vendor to deal with. They proposed a timeline that was way off for the bus pick up. I let them know the timeline was off and they said "we can fix that once you book". So I did. Once I booked and paid, they stopped answering my emails. I had to harass them to get the schedule changed like they promised and to answer any of my questions. They wouldn't actually read my emails and would ask questions I had already answered in the email they were responding to. Just a total pain. In the end, they got the job done, but if you're a bride with a lot on your plate and don't want to be chasing someone down for weeks, find someone else.
