This place has consistently gone downhill from bearable to horrendous. They ask you to be understanding when they make mistakes (hurt toenails, bad haircuts, rescheduled appointments) but it just becomes too much. This past month, they have rescheduled my dog three times when he needed a haircut desperately because of summer. I was understanding and just said I understood. Twice I drove all the way there just to be told “not today.” Today was the breaking point - he has a vet appointment on Wednesday but I just drove all the way there to be told again “not today”, he has to see the vet. I just spoke with them 4 days ago to confirm appointment - did they mention anything? Nope. This place is horrible and it’s somehow getting worse. I’m going somewhere else after 2 years of this disaster - I would recommend you do too.

All the pets I've bought here have all been healthy. The pet habitats are all nice and clean. There is always food and water available for pets. Do your own research before buying a pet because not all workers really know the correct information. The pic is of Niko, we got him 3 years ago. ❤️

Friendly associates and clean space. The selection of products is great. We used to stop in here for dog food and potty pads. Since I'm unable to walk distances anymore due to bilateral hip osteoarthritis and a knee condition, I do use an internet delivery service. However, I used to love the days we'd head over to Beckley and watch my son's face light up looking at the animals in the store. It's a beautifully maintained store

It depends on the type. Generally like $8-20, I think. They’re on sale most of the time.
This PetSmart normally carries Leopard Geckos and one Crested Gecko at a time. However, sometimes they are sold out.
Last few times we were there they only had a couple of cats because of covid. Can't even play with them until you adopt them. Haven't seen dogs there in forever if ever.
Sometimes they do. I would call them and ask if they have them before you go to the store.
Yes, they sell rabbits.
15 to 2o bucks
They don't, however you may be able to have them special order one I'd call, and ask!
PetSmart does offer training classes. Please just call and ask the available times and cost.
Not that I'm aware of
2 hours
Yes
No, just finches and parakeets
I'm almost 100% sure that there isn't one in WV. Also, Banfield is no longer partnered with PetSmart, so they won't be adding any more. The word on the grapevine is that they're keeping the Banfields they already have across the country, but they just won't build/add-on any new ones.
There is a small goldfish and koi section. There are orandas, comets, butterfly koi, etc.
What Marissa said. Normally the only returns we get are small animals, like hamsters, guinea pigs, etc. They normally have simple respiratory infections, which the vet gives us medication for, and we treat them for about three months until they heal completely. It's very rare that someone will return a reptile.
Yes, normally there are Red Eared Sliders in the bottom terrarium of the reptile wall. Sometimes there are African sidenecks as well.
