A boat is needed to arrive at the swimming area.

I was wondering if anyone knows an easier place to put in kayaks to go out to the flats. We used the marina dock launch for the boat, but wondering if there was somewhere else to launch kayaks??

If you are going out to the Hernando Beach flats you are stuck with using the public boat ramps. Everything else around there is private residential property.
