This place definitely does not deliver why they promise in they’re message about they’re main focus being compassion and recovery. The maintenance workers have offered more to my mother than anyone else. I have met a few good CNAs but they don’t keep up with the patients and we have to keep trying to keep track of her personal belongings which continue to go missing. It’s sad when you can not take care of your loved ones and you have to trust someone else. I do not recommend, especially for rehab.

Worse rehab and nursing home ever. I was waiting in the lobby and overheard office staff talking that they had an employee working the floor without a background screen. The nurse was rude and yelling at me. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Never put your loved one in this building.

This place is horrific. Communication does not exist. We had called approximately 15 times since my father was admitted months ago, and have received a phone call back ONE time. The case manager should be ashamed, and whoever is officially in charge here needs to look into what is happening, because it sadly doesn't sound like we are alone. We requested a meeting to make sure that they had the necessary information and background information (because they didn't) and drove an hour there for the meeting time (after flying to the state of Florida, too)- only to be stood up. Called to reschedule, and never heard anything back. No meeting was ever had when we had literally flown to Florida for it. We were not notified that my father was leaving/discharged and had no communication with them leading up to it. He is homeless, as he does not have a place to go to. I am horrified and disgusted by this place, and I highly, highly urge that others seek alternate options.

My FIL was there for about a month and half for rehab. I have nothing but good things to say. Whenever we visited, we were greeted not only at the front desk but also by the staff where he temporarily lived. The place was clean and fresh. The patients were active, some in wheel chairs out and about. The staff interacted with not only us but chatted with my FIL like a friend. I am so grateful for the care that he received and the kindness shown by all the staff. I could tell this wasn't just a job for them but a calling. Marciella, was top notch about care for this type of rehab as were the rest of the staff. Just want to give a shout out and thank you to all of you.
