I have been a student at Pure for over 2 years. If you ever had any apprehensions about trying MMA, put them aside. The staff is amazing, the other students and the environment are amazing. Everyone leaves their egos at the door and is there to train and help other people learn. Lots of respect going around.

There are competition opportunities for practitioners at all ages.
You can start by stopping by for a trial class or 2 and take it from there .. Andy and mike will lead you in the right direction ;)
Pretty much any of the programs they have offer a free trial class. Your best bet would be to contact the school directly to get all of the details and times for the program you are interested in.

Pure MMA has a very friendly environment! A lot of people take time off from training and return. It's actually very common for thia to happen, especially in light of the pandemic, a lot of people have just returned after significant time off. Go train!! You won't regret it!
