Keegan & Nate C just left here after delivering and installing my new Maytag Dryer. Very pleasant young men, so respectful. Truly great representatives for the company. I wasn't able to go to Wilson's to look and purchase my dryer. I looked online, made a phone call and with the help of John H was very well taken care of. Thank You Wilson's Appliances! I would highly recommend Wilson's! Great staff!

They are the best! Customer service is calm, attentive and knowledgeable. AJ offered wise advice and support to my questions and concerns. And they were able to deliver a new stove within days which was awesome since my old was not functioning. AND Keegan and Derek were on time, polite, fun but most importantly very skilled installers. Their patience and thoroughness was appreciated.

We just had our new washer delivery by Jim and Chris from Wilson Appliance in Plattsburgh. They were great in taking out the old one and installing the new washing machine. Make sure it was functional and level and ready to use. It matches the dryer we purchased in 2020 now. 5 Star

Brand new dryer they delivered like this, offered me 50 dollars back or to replace the panel. I called the next day as they should have at least sent a new one per the manager and wouldn't even though it was their job to offer it at time of delivery and they did not. Second the sales man told me they could install the microwave above stove even though I had a hood the delivery men come and they cant because they aren't Electricians. Due to the inconvenience of having to pay someone else to install the microwave which was 140 they offered refund and only processed 96. When I called about this he said yes because I had to charge delivery fee since we didn't install it. They have not taken accountability for anything and are a complete rip off. Over 2 grand spent with them and this is how they treat people.
