Twice I have been in there and only one person working. The first guy sounded like a robot and said to every "I'm the only one working if you will have a seat"... in the most monotone voice from Ben Stein as Uber Dork economics teacher in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off". Could have asked us hey what do you need and served us quickly as all I needed was a SIM card swap to get my hotspot working. Instead I waited an hour while he was screwing around trying to get 2 lines ported from a customer who left AT&T to go to an MVNO and then wanted to be ported back. The couple made the mistake they could be told nicely to come back when it was not so bust to deal with their foolishness! The second time I we were told the same thing but after 15 minutes some young kid showed his face and his answer to my simple prepaid hotspot question was to call the 800# I was able to get the answer no thanks to any of the people in the store. Seriously HIRE ME because the help is worthless, uniformed, and can't prioritize tasks to save their lives! Instead the older gentlemen was more worried over a few kids swearing rather than getting the kid in the back to help people who were waiting!

I worked first with Julianna D. to purchase 2 Apple iWatches, one for Fathers Day and the second for my son since there was. BOGO deal going on! Jules explained the subtle differences between the two, asked if I had any questions, gave me time to think it over, and did not try to push anything extra on me. I made the purchase AND she found additional discounts I was eligible for on my monthly bill!!! If I had ordered online, I’m not sure I would have gotten the discounts because I wasn’t aware of them. So glad I went into the store! After leaving, I thought of a couple questions I had not asked so I called the store to talk to Jules again. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! Later the same day I returned to make a quick exchange for a different color. Rob S. assisted me with the exchange and was also very knowledgeable and patient with my “stupid” questions. Great experience all around!!

I dealt with William and mainly Matthew. Both were very kind and helpful, but I feel like Matthew went above and beyond. He stayed a few minutes past his shift to help me fix my service that was deactivated due to the 3G shut down. He was patient, informative and really helped coordinate and advise the customer service agent that we spoke to (Anna - who was also excellent.) I still have a slight issue and when I called Matthew to ask for help, he let me know the next steps and his schedule so I knew when I could come into the store and deal with him directly. Amazing service all around in store, I wish the store staff had the powers of customer service, AT&T would probably have a lot more happy customers! I can't recommend the staff I dealt with highly enough. :)
