I really have to say that Tesla has the worst service of all. I dropped off my car for service and come back to pick it up the next day. The car is super filthy. There are oil hand prints all over the interior. The service advisors argues with customers. What type of customer service do you guys have at Tesla? Every single time I’m in to fix one issue another issue occurs. Besides my dirty interior, now there are squeaky and rattling noises inside, on top of that my Bluetooth mic no longer works so I have to bring it back again. I like my car but Tesla really have to step up their customer service. This service center is by far the worst service I have ever received in my lifetime of owning a car. Do not go to this service center if you wish to receive service. They won’t help you and they will argue with you. They have the worst rating and customer service I have ever dealt with.

Tesla was amazing. I had Peter as my service tech and he was reliable, efficient, kind, and had a general knowledge of my car. He gave me a loaner and because it was a big job, let me know it might take at least a week. They needed to replace the drive train. It took the technician less than a minute to diagnose this. Wow. It ended up taking 2 days and the car runs like new. The engineers working on it are so efficient to have it done in so short of time. I've been to other Tesla facilities but this is by far , the best. Thank you so much for proving why Tesla is the ABSOLUTE BEST. You all are incredible.
