I will give a 0 star if there's an option. WORST, WORST, WORST experience ever, most terrible owner I've ever met. I brought my racquet for restringing. I came back and try to pick up my racquet after one week. He cannot find my racquet. It's OK if he said he will call his customer and try to find my racquet back. He came into his storage room and give me an same model racquet which is dirty and cover with a lot of scratches. I used to buy my tennis gear and racquet here. Very disappointed

Looking for a racquet? You would have a hard time NOT finding it here. The selection of racquets is very impressive. Secondly, my choice was $35 less than list price and lower than online prices. No complaints here.

Been shopping at this tennis store for over 9 years now, since 2011. I'm originally from San Fran and still live up north, so when I am in So Cal I always stock pile on all my tennis needs at this store while I'm here, because they have such a large assortment of rackets, 100+, tennis balls usually around 20 cans, and tennis bags usually about 60+ and tennis strings they have too many to count, tennis shoes they have about 3 walls worth, so I essentially by my gear here and it lasts me a long time till my next visit. Now prices are good here, usually they are cheaper than online, about 5% to 20% cheaper. I never bought tennis shoes here so I can't speak to certain size stock, but I have gotten my racket restrung here, it took them 30 min and the price was normal. For tennis rackets I've bought 2 here, way cheaper here than online about $20 off. The staff are very friendly, polite and super honest, I was told not to spend too much so they really look after you and when they see me buying a lot of items they ask me if I need it and then assess my needs. They never push or sell me anything I don't ask for, so for me, that's a big reason why I still come here, I like to shop, do my own thing, spend a long time in the store and check out and I can accomplish that here without ever being sold or asked if I want the newest item or what not. Just be nice, be polite and be kind and you get the exact treatment back here. Some reviews below are negative but then again not every customer that goes into the store is super nice or decently nice, but for everyone that I have been in the store with, the owner and the staff have been nice to. The other store that I go to in SF is Milpates Racket Supply so really it's only between these two stores that I shop at since 2011. Support local stores!!

Questions & Answers

How much to string BG 65? How soon can I get it done?

Stringing (labor + string) costs $22.00 Bring it in the morning and it will be ready next day, in the afternoon.

Do they give discount on restringing the racquet if you buy the strings there?

Restringing is human labor and their stringers have years of experience and knowledge so they don't skimp on stringing but their string prices are real good and their machines are the newest models and regularly calibrated.

Has anyone gotten their racket restrung here? How was the quality and price? My strings in my racket just broke and I want the job to be done well.
