It’s not often you feel worse after going to see a doctor, but that was my case today. I scheduled an appointment for 2:50pm on a Thursday and did not get taken back til 3:30pm. I had already informed them that I was dealing with back pains and chills, so after taking my vitals I was led to an examination room that was absolutely frigid, where I was left for over an hour before the nurse practitioner finally came to see me, at which time the irritation in my back had worsened. I understand if you’re short staffed and can’t get to anyone in a timely manner, but it would’ve been much more professional to have someone explain the situation. Aside from the nurse practitioner the staff was unhelpful and very clearly had better things to do than their job. Would not recommend to anyone.
