No they dont, the park is resident owned. Some owners do rent out their lots. You can call the office to see if they have any lots available.

Heartland is a great place to spend the winter months. Very friendly people with lots of activities. Cost 1400.00 yearly with many extras included.

Is there any way to access Lake Brown that anyone can help me with? I take my daughter on our jon boat with a trolling motor only. We catch and release. I just do not like the larger lakes in a 12 ft boat with myself and little girl! Thank you all!
