April 26,our Southwest from BWI was delayed twice and we land in Sarasota until almost midnight. I was so happy to see the National desk was still manned and we got our car to drive to Siesta Key! Great service! The return was quick and very courteous! I wouldn’t use any other car rental ever! Karl King

Most loyal National Car Rental customer, Emerald Executive member for years. I love the fact I can pick my vehicle from many new, quality and variety vehicles from airport lots. Last week's Bradenton/Sarasota airport experience was far less than desirable. Had to visit the counter vs. choosing; had to wait on line then, and did not get to choose. Then, had to wait almost an hour for my "very small" SUV. My friend who rented under my profile did get a BMW 5 Series so he was happy. I did revisit the counter for my vehicle where the nice and helpful agent offered me a Nissan Murano, which we love. The agents at the outside lot counter were some of the most unfriendly and non-helpful National agents I have worked with in all my years. It felt like I was bothering them when asking a question. In fairness, it was very busy and clearly they were stressed. Not the kind of service you would expect for an Executive member.

National Car rental is terrific. It was recommended by my travel agent as the best. It was a fast check in. The car was spotless and comfortable. We were traveling with three small children. the challenge was in installing car seats but we managed. It worked well for us. Thank you!!

They made it very easy through the whole process. They gave me a free upgrade to a very nice minivan, and waved the charge for fuel because I did them a favor. Highly satisfied, and made vacation much easier for a family that doesn't know how to travel light.
