Do only two people work here???? Waited in line for 12 minutes, just to ask for a simple wire transfer... Once I got to the front I was told I have to wait for the banker instead because I would hold up the line!! So I go to the banker who is busy with another customer (and was busy with the same customer since before I walked into the building), and I waited an additional 15 minutes before I left without being serviced at all! No one even asked what I needed or that they'd be with me soon. Horrible management of this bank!

Had to call in in Nov 25 to fix a problem I had when purchasing an airline ticket and they helped solve it within a few minutes. Thank you guys

The new ATM machines are awesome! They dispense $1 and $5 bills now so I don't have to bother the teller. Customer service is A+ here and friendly.
