Wasn't bad for the value, staff are helpful. Room had a balcony so that was a nice extra. 2 dispensaries within walking distance and a restaurant with really good mexican food within walking distance. Breakfast was better than most free breakfasts at other hotel's. Walmart just a short drive as well

Very unhappy with hotel. We were forced to use an external restroom and unable to use the bathtub for a whole day. I was to stay for 5 days. They told us they would comp first day but we would have to leave and find another hotel. We were there with a large contingency of people. We stayed and used the external bathroom until ours dried out from the room above us flooding. I will be back in California again next year and me along with my group of 40 plus will not stay at this chain.

The stay I had Best Western Los Alamitos was a good experience. The room was nice, clean, and we stayed 4 days here. It has a pool, and a hot tub, which I used. The pool and hot tub were kept clean. Complimentary full breakfast, choice of breads, cereal, fruit, hot eggs, hot breakfast meat, other hot items, yogurt, juice, and coffee. It has the following amenities High-speed Internet access, Multilingual staff (English, Spanish, Hindi), Elevator, Ice/vending machines, Free parking, Fax services, Photocopy services, 24-hour front desk, Interior/Exterior corridor, Safe deposit box at front desk. Cable or satellite television, Mail services at front desk, Parking for the physically challenged Complimentary newspaper in lobby. The rooms were kept clean and refreshed with towels, washcloths everyday. The staff here were nice ,helpful, and very courteous at all times. All positive review for the Best Western Los Alamitos. Will/would use this hotel again.

Our 3-night stay was Wonderful! The front desk lady took very good care of our request for extra pillows and blankets! She even offered us bottled water and that was just above and beyond! Its the little things that really count and she was amazing! The location was quiet and felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was top-notch!
