We did a turnaround trip to Disneyland with ASU with over 100 students and the trip went well. Unfortunately my wallet fell between the seat and I accidentally left it. I called in and to my surprise they found it. I had a flight the same day and the driver was kind enough drop it off at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and honestly made my day. Though I missed my flight, I am so grateful that they found my wallet. Updated to 5 stars (don’t know why it was ever 3). As an ASU student, I’ve used AAA multiple times since and had exceptional experiences. Great drivers who go above and beyond.

Something went wrong with my original review, below. My review should have read that they say they are hiring drivers, I have six hundred thousand miles of verifiable experience in 18 wheelers, in all the lower 48 states, with no reportable accidents. However, they say they need six months of bus experience. I don't want to sound rude or cocky, but having driven 18-wheelers all over the country, a bus is something I can handle. I think in a case like this they would be willing to at least talk to me, and possibly have an interview. However, when I spoke to someone in HR, I was flatly refused. I was a bit surprised by this, and found it suspicious. Their response to my original review says that they value safety. How much safer could it be than the kind of experience I have? My original review read: "They say they're hiring drivers, but you have to have 6 months of driving experiance to get hired, so, I guess they don't need driver's that bad!"
