I started retirement 6/1/22 .The office visit for serum review was 6/10/22 . I inquired my serum cost w/ medicare . " We'll call you with your cost and for the mixing approval ". No call was made to me for approval and no call when the serum was ready .THIS IS THEIR PROTOCOL ! I went 3 months without shots because of skipped phone updates and a phone message I received from AA&AI on 6/27 stating I had an insurance issue . I return the call ( left a detailed message ). They never called me back . I suffered for 3 months needlessly . The serum had been sitting on the shelf since July . Today I wasted hours on the phone researching charges ALREADY paid by medicare . The bill I just received from AA&AI was demanding payment upon receipt . DONE

The world would be a better place if all doctors where like doctor ortega meticulous Top Notch! went to the new location in chandler and doctor ortega is the best! if your having concerns with allergies this is the location you want to go. The office is super friendly and doctor ortega listens to you and he asks questions to try to get to the bottom of your symptoms . He decided that allergy shots where not gonna make a difference for me based on the allergy test, and instead of just sending me on my way he provided a detailed gameplan for my lungs and my nose and interesting enough my acid reflux. Highly recommed you go see doctor ortega you will be glad you did!

Poor communication and follow up. I have been waiting 4 weeks to start my allergy shot. I followed up today to be told they need to verify my insurance before they can order. I am not sure why they would not call me to do and waited until I reached out.
