Not for the price this place is not good. It's clean the bathrooms are clean this stuff has good customer service. The food quality needs to be improved on it feels like someone did not go to culinary school when they cook. It's not worth the price. Now if you're there to hang out great place. If you're a senior citizen it's a great place for you to hang out too. I say that's because senior citizens have to watch what kind of food they eat and this food would actually fit in their diet. It's just the rest of us in the world may not enjoy it so much like I don't like it.

Because my boyfriend’s hometown is in Ormond, we go to Florida often and we eat at Houligan’s every time. We always order their wings and chili cheese fries and it is always so good! Their waiters are very friendly which makes their customer service excellent. I cannot wait to eat here again when I visit Florida again!

We didn’t know what we wanted for dinner, my wife suggested hooligans as she has in the past and I said yeah let’s go. We’ve been coming to hooligans for years, but today’s experience was extra special because of our server Amanda. Thank you Amanda for offering us menu suggestions that we didn’t know were available. Your service was second to none again thank you!

Had the Turkey club with seasoned fries today and it was vey good. Menu calls for ham and turkey but I prefer just turkey. Fries were softand and meaty inside, a slight crunch outside.
