Quite possibly the worst place anyone could get labor through. Highly uncommunicative. Highly unwilling to correct harassment issues between other candidates and the assignment managers. Randstad also does not survey or inspect the facilities that they hire for to ensure quality. And safety. Or even to ensure that the managment of that facility is acting with fair labor practice or even with practice as required by OSHA or the NLRB. The facility they hired 3 individuals I know including myself all noticed how disgustingly moldy the ardmore/country pure foods location in deland FL Is. Each one of us were terminated due to similar issues with management's racial and unfair discrimination. Safe yourself some time and do not use Randstad for your employment needs. You will regret making the same mistakes we did. Especially with the lack of communication from a few specific employees out of the ormond location.
