Any who, just got helped by one of your young guys, I forgot his name but he has blong hair, blue colored eyes, and he's from Indiana, very effecient with his help, thank you so much, Chuy was a lil SKERD bout his car but it all got figured out, thank you Cranes for sending the rescue. 🇺🇸🙏💯

I had a 24' foot trailer towed and the driver damaged the Rt. Front jack and the aluminum siding just below the front window. These jacks (4) do not expand on their own while traveling. It is impossible, it will take a tool to expand them & they DO NOT EXPAND ON THEIR OWN like the driver& owner of Cranes Towing suggests. They refuse to fix the damaged they caused and charged me $125.00 I thought they knew what they were doing? Obviously not!! There was damage on the inside. Shelves have been knocked out of alignment and not level, doors don’t close. The driver failed to retract the jack completely and he was also talking to a female at the time he was retracting the last jack stand. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau investigating this issue. Nothing has changed owner believes his drivers are not to blame, didn't do nothing wrong!? But he is WRONG!! DRIVER LIED DIDNT WANT TO LOSE HIS JOB!
