I have rented here for the last 4 years. The apartments include heat (at least mine does) and in NH that's a huge benefit factoring into the rents. The owners are responsive, hands on and personable. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Snow removal and plowing are prompt and with an eye towards tenant safety. Any issue can be discussed with management pretty much anytime. I have been very happy renting here.

The business owners of these apartments are cheaters.scamsters. Please DO NOT do any business with them. They pretend to be nice people and like a chameleon suddenly change colors..YOU CAN'T RELY ON SUCH PEOPLE..They kick you out of the house so that THEY CAN MAKE MORE PROFIT by renting new set of people next year.. Apartments are overly charged and appliances are not even upto date..Leasor does not even take responsibility of ensuring tenants have a comfortable stay..A LOT OF POLITICS goes on..guys STAY AWAY..its a wolf in a sheeps' disguise
