I’ve been buying beautiful Chico clothes since 1993 and I have so many classic good quality clothes I wear them all the time and they last forever!!!! Chicos gives good discounts and they remember your birthday and it’s just a fun place to shop!!!

Very disappointing! I found a cute tank top that appeared to b on the $4.99 rack. When it rang up it $11 something, oh no that is 9n the 60% off rack! Sign was misleading!

The store and options were not the issue. The staff members were the problem. Now, I understand that we are in a pandemic and everyone is on edge. That being said, you still have a choice to work with the public or stay home and stay safe. The woman working this past Sunday July 19th was dismissive, disrespectful and condescending. She not only informed me that my mask did not fit properly, she stood 3 inches from me and TOLD me that I needed to fix it. I was shocked! She then followed me around the store asking how she could help me, commented on my conversation with my husband and was completely abrasive. I purchased 2 items, I would have shopped around a bit more but I felt too uncomfortable. I shop at other Chicos locations often. I plan to return the items I purchased on Sunday and NEVER return to that store.
