I have lived in Tuscany for almost a year and the office has been nothing short of amazing to me and my daughter! Any time we have maintenance issues or pests they are always on point! We love to come out and get fresh air on the lake. There have been problems with people not picking up their dog feces but they have been great with keeping an eye out. I plan on staying here for awhile, kids are out playing daily so think it’s overall a good environment for us!

The manager and her team here are amazing!! I have personally worked with them for nearly a year and they continue to impress and support the wonderful community that is Tuscany Lakes apartments.

Not an extra fee your deposit might just be a little more.

if i try to apply and i have no criminal records or anything but i have a 3 year old eviction of $0-500 will that disqualify me?

You probably wont qualify. I'd suggest you look somewhere OTHER than Tuscany Lakes. Good luck.
