Everyone at Carat's is amazing! I've gone in a few times with minor adjustments and finally I wanted to change a stone on a ring that was scratched. They recommended the type of stone that would work best, I gave them a budget range and Melissa brought in two amazing stones. She showed me the least expensive first which is the one I ended up loving (she agreed). While I waited they cleaned the pieces I had on and discovered some stones were loose on my bracelet and white gold wearing off. For a nominal fee they repaired it. It looks fantastic! Thank you Carole, Eric, Tom & Melissa! I had a great experience and will definitely come back.
