This place used to be my GO TO place... I found a love for reflexology and the therapists. Since my therapist from this location left, I tried a new place that is INCREDIBLE. However, they were closed on Sunday, so in their absence I went back to this business remembering how amazing and zen they were BUT my experience was anything but relaxing. It all began with the front desk receptionist. She was beyond rude. My boyfriend and I had appointments at 6pm, but i got a call at 515 saying they could get us in sooner and to come in right away, so when I arrived at 5:30pm the receptionist was rude and actually going to turn us away. Finally the two therapists waiting came out and corrected her as we were about to leave. Then we go back.... The lay out is very different. It used to be a VERY CLEAN open room sectioned with such great energy... Now, there are black sheets up everywhere where the table is 100% closed off leaving just you and therapist. I didnt like this so much and did not feel near as clean. Well, we get back to my therapists curtain room, she rushed in telling me to take off my shirt, lay face down, cover myself up and she would be right back and left in a haste. Well, covering myself up when laying face down wasnt very easy, but I tried. She returned like a bat out of hell, didnt say a word, just leaped on my back forcing her leg between mine and just started rubbing my back hard and fast... not at all with purpose and when using her knees in my back she was so wobbly that I flexed certain muscles to keep to keep both of us from getting hurt. When she moved to the hot stones... they were so hot that I still had markings on my back the next day and here it is Tuesday and not only am I bruised, but sore feeling the burn spots from the stones. Nor was is the full hour that I paid for but I couldnt wait to get out of there so I did not complain. She was nice, but NOT professional at all and caused more harm than good. There are other great places out there. Unfortunately, this is no longer one of them!

My partner and I have been going here for several years. I have tried many other places and no where compares to the quality for the price. I've had a couple massages here that were decent but I've never had one I didn't like. Kyle and David are spectacular and I always request them.

You get what you pay for and what I’ve gotten each time I’ve been here is hard workers who are dedicated to massage therapy. If you want a private, designer massage by someone who’s name is Barbra, this is not the place for you! Reflexology is popular in Asia and It’s truly a great way to relax and sooth stiff muscles. I’ve had Sam and Erik and they were both great! Ask for someone who is good for your specific needs.
