I think the association works well with the limited authority they have. I like living in a deed restricted neighborhood and once I understand what they do and don't manage I find the team really great! thank you for all you do.

The Fishhawk Ranch HOA is my first experience living in a community with a HOA. I've lived in Fishawk for five years now. Like any organization, there is always room for improvement but I think overall our HOA is well-run. From the landscaping to the amenities, Fishhawk Ranch in all it's phases, from the oldest to the newest, are kept looking pretty good. The pictures in my review are of the Osprey Club where the HOA office is located.

Absolutely horrible. I was threatened via certified mail to have a lien put on my house for not properly covering my pool equipment. I was never notified and when I called to find out what the lien was about, it took a week for someone to call me back. Completely unorganized and they have no idea what they are doing or how to run this business.

Nothing but a bunch of bullies that can give you a straight answer. Send letters out for even the smallest things. No responses for reasonings and will backlash at you for going against them.
