Went in for an induction on September 2nd. The whole induction process was disappointing. There was only one nurse during the labor. They had my elder mom and husband help me push. We had to request for another nurse! The doctor came in way later. They had me pushing right after breaking my water. After 3 hours of laboring they realized the baby was not coming down and they told me to take a break. My epidural was also given to the right side more numbing it completely couldn't even lift my leg making it unable to help me push. I did tell them I felt numbness more on the right side but the anesthesiologist said it was given at the perfect spot. He was in such a hurry to get it over with. After being in pain for so long another doctor came in and told us that three hours of labor was way to long and asked if my husband and I wanted a urgent c section and we agreed. I did have to get full anesthesia and a pipe down me due to an overdose of the epidural and spinal block. The postpartum nurses and doctors were better. They did listen to my concerns which is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. Still feel pain and swelling on my right hip and pelvic after coming home. Doctors say it will take 6 weeks for it to get better.

I don’t know how these people sleep at night. I was in there for half an hour for something minor and they upcharged me for services I did not have. I have called customer service several times and they were very rude and unhelpful. I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to warn people how awful this place is. I’m going to try complaining to my insurance and see if there is anything they can do to fight these crooked people. They have caused me so much stress and anxiety with all the incorrect bills they have sent me I suggest you go literally anywhere else.

Hello, very good afternoon, I'm not sure, my suggestion is to speak directly, so they can give you a safer price and more information. Have a nice day!
I think so
I saw signs requiring a mask which most hospitals require.
I would just call any one of the numbers listed for different departments if you can't locate a "MAIN OFFICE" number. This is a phenomenal hospital and they specialize in literally everything. I highly recommend them. Good luck to you.
No they don't. Unless you have no ins, and sometimes registration might just ask u to pay whatever you have at hand. Not all the time. Though. This is an amazing medical center, and they treat you with so much respect and decency. Will recommend them to anyone 👌👍
Sorry I dont know Good luck

I would think that your question would be better answered by a social worker that works at Medical City Las Colinas. I'm sure that their answers would be more accurate.
No one answered the above question. I want answer.
