This was the worst care ever. I've worked in the medical field for 15 years.I know what is expected when a pt comes in for estabishment.I went in to get established for a PCP. I had to see Sherry which was very rude. She left the room 3 times. For what I dint know. Knowing my medications she never asked me to do a UDT. They knew that would be required. Now I need refills and without coming back in for another appointment to leave this they won't refill my medications. I am so disappointed that I wasted my time and money on this place. This was what this appointment was for. They acted like this was my mistake and now won't follow through. I do not recommend HCAT.

Friendly staff, almost every test can be completed within the same building. Dr. Randi True is amazing. She listens , helpful and explains everything very well.

You should be able to access your statement from your online Health account.
Apply for the disability yourself. The insurance company or Social Security will take care of gathering the pertinent medical records for review. The doctor's staff can charge a fee for filling out the forms. My husband received disability through his employer. Part of the insurance company's service was coordinating such matters. I highly recommend that you keep in touch with your case manager after you apply to check periodically that they are getting the information they need in a timely manner. We had one doctor's office that repeatedly failed to forward case notes for periodic status updates. His disability check was cut off without notice to us once and it took 3-4 months to get it started again with back pay. We found out it was discontinued the day the monthly payment did not get direct deposited into our bank account!
No not at this time do they offer rapid PCR testing. They will test if you are a patient of theirs.

If you are looking for a primary physician in that facility, I would recommend Dr. Terrance Feehrey. He is really good and will access what is best for your daughter. If a neurologist is necessary, he will recommend the best one for her.
Whether you see Dr. Powell or Dr. Torres, you will leave their office satisfied and all questions answered.
I have been going there for years always been treated very well. Good doctors very helpful and good care.
