Most of the time my packages get delivered. But there have been some where they never make it to my home.

Had an issue with non-delivery of a package when it's tracking status was "delivered". The manager and postal agents at the front counter were very friendly and helpful. With 2 hours, the missing package was located and delivered to me. Excellent service all around!

I am amending my review to reflect the current circumstances. Previously a package was listed as delivered on the site but wasn't delivered. After creating a help case and calling to follow up this morning, turns out the carrier just didn't deliver it. Package came today. Changing rating from 1 star to 4 stars (One star missing for the confusion, and addition of 3 stars due to the friendliness of the staff when looking into this. Though there still seems to be an issue with packages going missing in the summer, but, maybe these are reviews that just have not been amended.

I never have a problem except when I send mail to Palmyra PA I sent a Birthday card 2 weeks ahead of time.Never received,right address and zip code why not delivered?

I am having my mail forwarded to my Ohio address and all is working fine. I get my prescriptions mail order and I inadvertently had my latest order shipped to my Florida address instead of my Ohio address. Do you forward prescriptions?

Why is my store flyers not being delivered on Tuesdays ? They have always been on Tuesdays unless Monday is a holiday my sister that lives 2 miles west of me receives hers. I live on Lake Josephine Dr. Thank You.

For mail coming USPS, go to your local post office. For packages coming UPS, FedEx, etc. You should have received a tracking # that you can enter online at the shipping companys website to determine where the package is being held.

They have a contract with fed over using their air carriers for transporting usps's packages overseas and other areas of us and in return the postal service delivers fed ex packages if that packages destination exceeds a 50 mile radius of the nearest fed ex outlet.
