Each person living in Hillsborough County and can show proof, can get up to 10 yards a year without any payment. Anything after that depends on what it is and then is charged by the pound.
You will need to bring your license or state issued I.D. and proof of residence (such as annual home taxes)
They will give you the information of how you can look up your information on your phone. But it is better to go with your paper in hand so print it out before you go.
