I came here recently for a nail trim appointment the technicians were very sweet and professional. I only had a problem with the receptionist she was very rude to me and took a while to pull up my file to process payment. She then asked me inappropriate questions I didn’t feel comfortable answering and they had nothing to do with my pet. This place was very nice and efficient I’m not sure if this woman just started but she had no customer service and then mentioned she took so long because she “had to do everything right or she’ll get yelled at?” Very strange. Even the other receptionist seemed uncomfortable. There was no uniform either? Made me feel like this stranger wondered in. Next time I will not be going to her.

Riley has a hurt knee for a week.. I had preconceived ideas about what I should expect and I was very happy when it became a good experience for both Riley and I. The whole staff was incredible nice and we will for return for any care that Riley might need. Highly recommend them!

Reese’s Buttercups loves the staff at Arnold Pet Station, he literally begins wagging his tail and whining as we pull in. I use the business for daycare, boarding and vet care consistently and haven’t had any problems! They even text you lol

Wonderful staff and Vet care... by all. We had our Cocoa, Lhasa Apso cared for there ( lost her two years ago ) she was 16 ) (Black and White), and now our newest member of our household Kingston, also a Lhasa Apso, ( 2.5 now - Brown/Tan ) tended to by the staff... always a positive experience. We are thankful we have excellent Vet care right here in Arnold.

It's just a vet and boarding location.
Yes, we offer several boarding options. Please visit our website for specifics or give us a call to check availability. Thanks for reaching out!
We don't provide veterinary care for snakes but would potentially provide boarding.
It depends when your pet is euthanized. It would be between a week and 2 weeks. Shouldn’t be more than 2 weeks.
Hello. Could you explain what a prevent plan is? Thank you.
I don't think so
