I must say that Costco has been a very important part of my 93 year old mothers care. Costco has gone out of there way to make sure my mother has got the best and most Professional care possible with here Most severe hearing loss. They have gone out of there way to make sure they were cleaned and working probably. I know the prices are less then half of Competitors with better quality and service based of our experiences. I just wanted to express our experience and outstanding service we have gotten at Costco Hearing Center.

I noticed lately my hearing has deteriorated quite a bit from what it was three years ago when I got my hearing aids. I called the Vermont store where they were purchased and set up and appointment to have my hearing aids checked as well as my hearing. Russell Lasdon was the technician who took care of me, his communication skills were excellent he explained the process of checking my hearing aids and the test itself. The procedure took about 45 min, I left a happy camper all problems solved with no hassle and no up sell for new equipment. All my shopping experiences at Costco for the past 25 years have been excellent, any problems were taken care of immediately no questions asked. Why go anywhere else ?

Great service and very informative. Answered all my questions. Let me try out prospective hearing aids with in the store. After purchase they fitted them and answered more questions. Left there feeling very knowledgeable about my new hearing aids.
