First visit for my friend and her senior dog. Staff is kind, attentive, and you can tell they love their work.

Been a part of Banfield hospital going on 15 yrs. I've been to just about every Banfield in every state at one time or another. Their wellness plan is great and this location is no exception. Dr. Adu and staff is wonderful

My puppy had an appointment today at 2 and the supervisor there on duty was very nasty unprofessional and very disrespectful. On top of the rudeness the supervisor made sure that I understand that all emails goes straight to her so they will not be addressed .I called 3 different vets to speak to a supervisor on duty to help me with this issue and they were all off today. Then when the male doctor came out he was very heartless and know care in the world of how this lady was treating me all he was worried about if I was going let them see my dog . After seen my dog for 5 min the doctor dismissed me and my family like we were trash on the street then turn around and said he felt disrespected 😤..(Sir HOW) I Held back my tears and angry for my kids sake because all they wanted was their dog to get his shot so they can start taking him outside. I would never wish this pain and hurtful feeling on anyone..

Took new puppy for initial visit. Entire staff was great. All questions I had for vet were answered and I felt comfortable because with Covid, I was not allowed to witness exam. Look forward to my puppy/dog being taken care of for a long time. Thank you.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Ria - Thanks for reaching out! The hospital will be your best source for pricing information, but for a rough estimate on certain services, you can also use our pricing calculator here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/services-pricing#/pricingwidget
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
No, but they will see you in the same day if there's anything open or a cancellation.
