I do not like being cut down to one day a week for trash as well as being charged for the big bag at Home Depot and for a pickup for the big bag when it benefits the company, what a scam. I also think it's a waste of my time to bundle yard waste. I think that they underpay the employees and I've heard that they also cut out their Christmas parties as well. So they now have new ways of charging you and it doesn't go to the employees. The employees have to work every day of the year but two holidays. They wanted my opinion in a survey so I gave it to them, they should have saved the money and spent it on the employees.

Just moved here and have been waiting for my bins to be delivered for 2 weeks. Everytime I call it says scheduled for today and they never come. I can't even go into my garage because it stinks so bad. Everytime I call I can never get anyone on the phone, it just rings and rings. Horrible customer service!

They missed a complete route this morning and still have not pickup garbage from starting marathon blvd and all the way down gulfstream blvd. Hours trying to get through and no one picks up the phones. On line sucks too. Cant do anything with it. Terrible service lately. Took 3 weeks to have my yard waste picked up after 4 phone calls and even talked to a supervisor who promised that day pick up. No one showed up. Now no garbage pick up all down the street.

Personally I'm very pleased with their service. They are punctual, courteous and professional, The site is always clean. I am a Realtor and recently called to ask them to send out a truck to clean up the yard next to a house listed for sale. The VERY next day the truck was there and everything was cleaned up! They are just a phone call away for assistance. During a recent hurricane warning, I wasn't sure if there was going to be pick up due to the high winds, they were very pleasant when I called and spoke to them. Waste Management, thank you!
