Appointment at 3pm, arrived 30 minutes early, 2.5 hours later we are still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable. We do not have the kind of time to be waiting 2 hours past the appointment time. They should be calling to warn about the delay, not letting us come in and saying NOTHING to us about the INSANE wait. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! People have lives! My kid has homework, it's almost dinnertime, and she won't be seen until after their closing time! What a freaking joke. I hate this place. Will not be making any more appointments here.

They’re always behind schedule. Even if you’re the first appointment of the day. The staff is rude even when you come in and start with good morning you just get a cold response. Unfortunately it’s the only place left taking new patients so they know they can treat you terribly and there’s nothing you can do about. Shameful.

I love my doctor. Yes, the waiting times are long, but it's worth it. Dr. G is the best doctor I've ever had and the staff is nice and friendly. If you come here be prepared to wait, but the reward is the greatest doctor ever.

I suffer from anxiety issues and waiting can set off an anxiety attack so when I make an appointment I let them know this and ask for the earliest possible appointment. Today I had an 8:30am appointment and I was there 15 minutes early as requested. It was 9:51am when the doctor finally walked into the room. One hour and 21 minutes past the appointment time. If a doctor, who knows that I suffer from anxiety issues makes me wait that long and when asked about it says "that you really didn't have to wait that long" and that "it's always going to be that way" it is time to find a new doctor, a doctor that cares about their patients. I got the impression that everyone there is just there for a paycheck and the only thing on their mind is going home.
