The complex has 100’s of units. Maintenance is competent and smart, but there are always delays due to staffing. I have had to fix fire hazards myself. Original electric contractor at construction seemed to cut corners. Some plugs randomly fail. I have personally seen three different style plugs and different installation methods. All staff at this location are kind and work with you as a team to solve issues. Grounds and common areas are well maintained as well. Security service goes through often. As of Jan 2022, pool received mandatory renovation and is waiting for govt certification. Volleyball and playground also available.

I stopped by today with my husband to query about my place on the waitlist. I spoke to Adrianna and she was so nice and professional. I really hope I get to live here because the service from the office staff was so good already.

I wish I didn't even have to give this unprofessional staff even 1 star but it's the only choice I had. I booked an in person tour online for a Saturday afternoon. It was confirmed via email and text from their end. I get there on time and the doors are locked to their office. A sign on the door says they are temporarily closed on the weekends due to COVID-19. An excuse that I'm sick of hearing and reading about. So I called and I left a voicemail that I was there for my tour and they weren't. I also left an email explaining my disappointment. Do you think they responded to either one of those? Of course not. They let me make an appointment and then they ignore my efforts of contacting them. Needless to write, I don't recommend this place at all to anyone. How can people be living there if they disregard the attempts to inquire about their property from potential renters? They blew it.

Excellent place to live! Have lived here for 6 years and love it. The price is very affordable and the apartments are nice. There is also ample parking spaces so you never have to worry about whether you’ll find a parking space near your residence (such a plus). The neighborhood has really improved since I first moved here. The office staff of the property are great and always willing to work with you. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live.

Hello! Westchase apartments have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes.
I can't tell you what they have open for sure, but there have been a lot of move outs lately. I'd suggest going into the office when you get a chance (they often close at random times, but are usually there in the afternoon) and ask to get on the list.
Because our prices can change at any time without advance notice, we keep our website up to current pricing and available apartment homes. Please check the website and contact us directly with any questions about your individual situation. We look forward to meeting you!
Can't answer if they will take section eight, but I can tell you that they do accept emotional support animals with the proper legal paperwork.
I DON'T THINK THEIR IS A WAITING LIST
I think technically we're in the same zipcode as dunbar, but I'd say it's a pretty different atmosphere. Dunbar high school is about 2 miles away.
