I give one star because I love the store I have been spending a lot money in this store but use to be good customer service NOT…! Anymore Yesterday I went to buy some organic food for my dogs and us usual no body cares if you need help or say HELLO to the clients any more because they are talking how was the movie last night lol!!! Anyway went to pay the Big lady with a round glasses 🤓 was very RUDE didn’t even look at me because was talking with others about the movie 🍿 she was very rude not even talking with me IS NOT MY FAULT SHE IS WORKING LIKE CASHIER AND. EING ANGRY WITH HER LIFE”””” why people have to bring the problems to work be happy doing what ever you are doing in life do the next always that’s why you are not gonna progress in life !!!! I said THANK YOU MANY TIMES and she doesn’t care looking other way I didn’t move until she responded “ go back to school and Lear some good manners “ went I left they stated laughing even the St* pid manager that’s why the store is like that because the dam boss is like that! I SUGGEST DONT GO THERE! I should take a picture an post it probably I’ll come back and take pictures how this people act and the dirty store

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Found what I needed. Ended up grabbing an extra toy for my kitty. The cashier was a nice young lady. Store was kept clean and organized. It was a quiet vibe

Thank you so much to Emily the groomer! Super sweet, I’ve never had such a great experience with any groomer. My dog is 15 years old and she was so gentle and sweet. If you are booking here for grooming services ask for Emily! Left my dog so happy. Literally.
