Worst service ever. Closed inside dinner and ordering at 11pm when sign on door says open till midnight. Drive thru has cars backed up to the road, waited for 30 minutes and never got to the ordering station, gave up with 5 cars ahead of me. 30 minutes of waiting and is not seeing any end is too much to wait for over priced food.. I will never be back to this location. Managers should try and experience what there customer service is like.

Wish no stars option be available. Horrible! From 2 employees to one of the managers. I made the order in the drive thru, first stop to pay, the cashier didn’t even gave me the receipt. I had to asked for it. And thank God I did. Second stop, got 2 drinks no 3, which I pay for. I was asked to go to spot 2 after the 2 drinks were handled it to me. When the girl handled me the food, I mentioned that I was missing a drink and she walked away from me. I asked her that if she heard me and she just kept walking with attitudes. I got out of the car obviously upset. When I went inside and asked for the manager, there was one of them. Which at all moment justified the girl’s behavior and even asked me if what I wanted for her to scold the girl in front of me and everybody. Because when the girl came in and told her I was missing a drink doesn’t justify that I be treated that way. There have to be respect to others and customer service is there for a reason. If this is how they treat their customers is very good to know as I’ll be bringing my business somewhere else. Awful customer service!

Quality here has dropped substantially. Seems to be no care taken by the employees to assemble a good sandwich for customers. One of my burgers wasn't even fully wrapped in paper. I could see the bun by just looking into the bag. Waited in the line of cars for about 15 minutes. That's no longer fast food. Service at Burger King got so bad I stopped going there. Looks like this McDonald's is heading in the same direction.

The food is like any other McDonalds. The staff in the morning is great then it declines as the day goes on. The drive thru has been better. I no longer have to wait almost an hour for some food.
