Today I got a hook and ladder and a side bowl of potato soup. I always get the same sub but this was the first time I purchased the soup. I was really excited because I love potato soup. It was completely devoid of potatoes and other ingredients. Not even one chunk was present; it was quite disappointing.

This is one the best Firehouse Subs around. I have dined here several times in the last 10 years. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly. My grandson and I had the New York Steamers. They were perfect as usual.

The only reason I’m not giving you guys a five star rating is because you gave me the complete wrong sandwich. However, the sandwich I got is a replacement was still pretty good. I’ll keep coming back but please get my sandwich right next time. Thanks
