Will gladly go to Fresh Kitchen down the street for the same price. Chicken is consistently burnt, the rice feels and tastes like it’s reused from the night before. The staff is usually less than polite, though I empathize because it is probably not their fault. I’ve found hair in my food 3 times, I’ve seen staff eat while they’re cooking, and I’ve seen a lack of food safety in general. I rarely write reviews, I am just sad to see this location go from an incredible place to somewhere I’ll probably never get food from again. Once again- not the general employees’ fault- this falls on the higher ups.

Understaffed but the food was very good and the workers were friendly and were hustling. The staff obviously needs more support to be set up for success. There was no guac 🥑 available for my veggie burrito but all the cheese, sour cream and salsas made up for it. Very delicious. Date of visit : August 18, 2022.

Haven't been to a Chipotle in over 20 years due to poor food quality in California, but I really, really needed a steak burrito today so I sucked it up and braved the lunch rush at 12:15 today. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! The staff was super friendly and running food down the line so efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and it was packed!!! I'm also a huge fan of spicy food, so I got the hottest sauce, but was given way less than I would have gotten at a similar type chain. I figured meh, lemme see what it's about first. I'm so glad I didn't get my usual amount... This stuff is kickin!!! Overall a fantastic experience... Food was amazing and staff was on point. This location is 🔥🔥🔥

I am a Big Fan of Chipotle.Also my son favorite place to eat. But this location is not what it was month’s ago. The food area is not clean like it was before. The employees are here dealing with food,but they look like they are serving something else. What I mean is that they are not properly trained. All is in a hurry and you don’t see a real connection with customer that come here to enjoy a time eating what they like. Fix this please.
