Excellent practice from scheduling to checking out. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I only had a 5 minute wait before seeing the doctor!! So far as a new patient I am impressed!

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful with questions. I was surprised when Dr. Montero actually greeted me at the front and took me to the back instead of an assistant. He's friendly and ultimately honest. He listened to everything I told him. He described what would happen during a procedure he recommended I do and gave a good summarization of the results from the test. I'm so glad I found this place.

My experience was mixed. Overall the office is nice. The check in was quick. My visit was in February. Yesterday (6/6) I had my colonoscopy. Doctor J. Roddenberry and the staff at Bradenton Surgical Center was all very professional and the procedure went off without any problems. Between February and my colonoscopy there was some confusion on when I would be available. My wife is Swedish and her passport was expiring on her birthday. May 3rd. We had to drive to DC to have it renewed and will need to go to Fort Lauderdale to pick it up in June . This office tried to squeeze me in before my planned trip to DC. I ended up canceling this possibility because it didn't feel right for me. Wasn't feeling well. The office was notified a couple days in advance and my understanding was we would keep the June date. Then out of the blue I received a call on a Friday that on Monday my procedure was scheduled. This wasn't expected and I immediately called to inform them I wasn't able to be there. The reason for 4 stars was because I never heard peep from anyone. Wasn't sure if I still was scheduled for June or why they called me after we talked the last time and decided to keep the appointment that was originally scheduled. I'm happy that my colonoscopy went according to plan. Overall I'm satisfied with this office.

Office was clean and comfortable. Felt very welcomed upon arrival. Check in and new patient experience was very efficient. Was seen fairly quickly for a Drs office and felt like my provider listened and gave me all the options for my procedure. I definitely trust them with my health.
