I brought in my PC computer because I couldn't get my cursor to react properly. The young man who helped me watched me try to use my wireless mouse, took a look at it and said, "This is pretty old. I really think you just need a new mouse." I asked how much for his time and he said, "No charge." He was right--a new mouse fixed the problem. He easily could have taken in my computer to diagnose it and charged me a fee. I think this is a very good place to take your PC.

I find that I am pretty good with computers and can solve most issues on my own. When the time comes that I have no idea why something is not working or I am at the end of my rope, these guys always come through and save the day. The level of expertise is incredible and I can always tell that they are genuinely trying to solve my issue and help me; I feel I am more of a friend than a customer. They have also built some really good gaming units for people which they post on the facebook page and there really isn't any service like that in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Whether its big or small these gentlemen can address any issue it seems and I enjoy going there to be honest. It is always a good experience.
