I truly believe that Mia is the best studio apartment complex in Silicon valley! I'd like to start my review with a positive, calm, and inspiring vibe of Mia apartments. In particular, I want to highlight 1) An amazing and relaxing view from the balcony (I stayed on the top floor) I am usually neutral to views, but this view was my daily inspiration. 2) Concrete walls and high-quality windows that filter most noises very efficiently. It really makes a difference compared to other rental places I stayed and seen. 3) High level of attention to tenant needs. Management always replies promptly and tries to help. I really felt like they want me to be comfortable here. 4) Whole procedure of moving in and moving out goes really smoothly. You can always be sure that management will be there if you've scheduled an exact time. Again, I really recommend Mia apartments to those who are looking for a studio!

Updating my review after staying here for almost an year. Pros: 1. Excellent location, downtown Palo Alto is very walkable and bikeable, with a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. 2. Great views from the apartment balcony. 3. Maintainance requests are catered to very quickly. 4. They recently installed a temperature controlled heating /cooling system. 5. Very safe apartment and neighborhood. Cons: 1. The apartment doesn't have double pane windows. There is a nearby Caltrain Station and it can get very noisy. 2. Gym is good, but not as large as some other apartment complexes. 3. Stating the obvious, pricy. I would definitely recommend this place. I had a wonderful time staying here.

I have just moved here but had great experience so far. The building is aged but the location is unbeatable and the public area is clean and well maintained. Also I had smooth move-in process and with the help of the property manager Pamela who always responds to my questions in time. Looking forward to my further stay here at Mia.

Living at Mia Palo Alto this summer was a great experience! The building was quiet and had great amenities. Maintenance was always quick and done to a high standard.
