Besides the nice and clean room and amenities, I really would like to thank Adolfo and amazing staff who helped me finding my wedding ring. My ring fell in the bathroom sink, and I asked for help. The staff immediately sent Adolfo in an early morning. Adolfo took out the pipes and got my ring back in 5 minutes. He was a really amazing engineer - I tried to give him tips but he politely declined, saying it is his job. Thank you, thank you again for finding my ring. This hotel has not only beautiful courtyard, clean rooms but also really kind, helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.

Have kids and want to hear more of them? Enjoy the euphonious roar of an ice machine? This is the place for you! With walls carefully engineered to be as thin as permitted by law and a layout designed to amplify 60-year-old Karen's shrieking while she pounds tequila poolside at 2am, this is truly the ultimate experience. No need to get an adjoining room for Uncle Steve, it won't save you from his snoring and you won't be sleeping either way. Pros: The location was great, the staff were efficient and friendly, and the room was clean. Check-in/check-out was smooth. Cons: Noise. 🗣️🛏️ Guests were yelling in the pool area until 1-2am for the three nights I was there which could clearly be heard through closed doors, and no staff enforced any kind of quiet hours. Other noise from guests in the hallway weren't stopped by the thin walls and made the whole experience pretty terrible. One morning I was woken up at 6am by an employee dragging pool chairs on the concrete. I only ended up getting a few hours of sleep a night and it impacted the business trip I was on. I would not recommend this experience to others. The shouting of guests stays with me in my dreams but I'm lucky to already have tinnitus to drown it out.

Got told 1 price only to get slapped in the face with another just because I’m from a different state. Fine whatever after driving for as long as we were we wanted to relax. Well as a former house cleaner and a Former Marriott employee I notice things very easily. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned. Tried to call the front desk but they didn’t answer so I had to walk back down there to talk to someone. They switched our room and had me send them the picture I had taken of the room to their email. Only to get to the door of our new room for the keys to not work. So my husband had to go back down to the desk to get them re activated after me being down there. If I ever come back to California I will never stay here again.

We love the pool and the location of this hotel. The staff are all super friendly and professional. Check in is fast and efficient and the managers are present and helpful. Our room was very clean and the a/c works great which is a big thing for us. This hotel is older but it is still the best place to stay. You can walk to Stanford Mall and the shops at Town & Country as well as downtown Palo Alto. We look forward to our next visit.
