The service was kind, the place was clean, and it slept us all. My only reason for 3 stars is that I had booked a king with a separate seating area, shown with a door dividing. This is perfect for our family. They seemingly just put us in any room, asking if we had a floor preference, and we ended up in a standard king. No privacy for the kiddo, and no reduction in charges.

It was just meh. Rooms are never really cleaned just a tidy up. I have found food in the mini fridge the last 6 times I've stayed here.

One of the better Courtyards I've stayed at. The main lobby was very spacious and had many lounge sofas and the interior was decorated beautifully. I was surprised this location didn't have a pool which I was looking forward to use. The 24hr gym has decent amount of equipments and was well kept. I was surprised there was even a bike trail behind the hotel which I made use of. The trail cut thru the forest behind the hotel so it was a nice quiet place away from city noise.

Positive: It was friendly, clean, and well maintained. Negative: I had booked a king with a separate seating area, like a small door in between. I was given a king with a sofa bed. We travel with a small kid and the little extra privacy is why I paid what I did.

Yes, it is one block from sunnyside road
Hotel doesn't have continental breakfast. There is a small cafe but doesn't open 24/7. A separate small shop available that sells snacks and microwavable things.
Not the airport. Only within 5 miles of the hotel.
Nope but you can take the Max to the Clackamas town center and use the shuttle to pick up I believe
It has a bistro/ bar. It serves alcohol 5-9 pm. They also have a small selection of beer sold at the front desk 24/7
