Disappointing for the price. Mattress was super firm, don't think I got any sleep. T.p. was cheap as can be. There was a terrible flashing light every 3 seconds emitting from the phone. A.C. would only keep the room about 70. The staff was lovely, and helpful. The room was clean. Adequate.

Older hotel that's been fixed up nice. Very comfortable rooms. We stayed for 5 nights and had no noise issues. We worked nights so we didn't get to have breakfast but it did look good. It was eggs, sausage, bacon, and the normal pastries. Would stay again. Oh and the price was good.

Stayed at Clarion because the day before I had a reservation I got confirmed about 2 - 3 weeks before my trip at the Comfort Inn on McKinney Rd. in Clackamas Oregon and the day before I was suppose to leave home for my seminar I received a phone call from a female clerk at about 4:00pm staying that they had to cancel my reservation and thanks for your understanding. She then hung up before I had a chance to respond. I tried calling back 4 times yes (4) times and each time the phone was picked up and replaced. The next day the person I talked to told me that they had over booked. This review is just for the Comfort Inn stated above.

We have stayed at this hotel before during a remodel. I hoped that it would be better this time however it was just fair. The room was clean, the building was secure and it provided a place for my family to stay and sleep but that is it. This is not a place I would want to stay for multiple days. The bed was as hard as a rock. The bathroom was small and there was no place to hang anything and very little space to set anything down to get ready. The room we were in had 2 closets and so there was no place to sit besides 1 chair in the room or the hard bed. The bed seemed much smaller than a queen. The electrical outlets near the bed were upside down and would not work with several of the bricks we brought with us to charge our phones and mobile devices. Thankfully we had several different sizes and styles. Out of 4 different types only 1 would work. Thankfully there was a couple other wall outlets but they were across the room. This is not ideal for many people. Family that was traveling with us that have a sleep machine had to use an extension cord to plug in their machine because the outlets near the bed wouldn't work for them either. The front desk person was rude to my husband.
