I've lived here for 4 years. The park is quiet and safe. But some of the streets flood badly during any type of rain. There are constant water main breaks constantly. There are no amenities other than laundry, shuffle board, clubhouse. The lot rent has consistently gone up every year, it's now $536.18. Not worth the cost.

It is NOT DIRTY by any means, Deanna Freeman is a manager for the park across the street, so her review is a total conflict, and a ploy for her to make more money. We have our issues like any neighborhood does, but the management works diligently to correct all issues in a timely manner. We do have a busy body that likes to mind everyone's business but her own, other than that, were a very quiet community.

I agree 100 percent, they hire Rude and incensitive people here, the manager now acts like she hates the elderly.
They are all privately owned homes, very few owners rent out their homes and all potential residents must pass background check.
Homes are privately owned and typically sold by owner.
