This employer is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to nobody. Karla who runs the Tampa branch is very rude and doesn't understand anything. Lgc loves to suspend you for everything even if it's a issue that isn't your fault or out of your control management at the Tampa office doesn't listen to anything and it also seems as if management lies when trying to go back and confront them regarding a situation because of the challenges faced I tried to reach out to corporate to possibly get assistance

Have been with this company since September, there has been countless issues with payroll being not processed on time.Not only me but thousands of people who works for this company also have issues on a regular basics.Only positive they have a selection of jobs in database. IF want to receive your pay on time without issues, I recommend another agency.

I have been working for Shiftgig since it’s start in Tampa, now that it is LGC it’s the pits. They have terrible customer service skills and people skills they speak very rudely and condescending to people that’s just calling to ask questions about pay. The manager Ashley has a bad attitude and terrible phone etiquette. If you say you want to call Corporate or ask for their number they tell you find online so much unprofessionalism if you call them on it they fire you. They will keep loosing good employees until they find better more competent people to work in Tampa I had to give them one star they deserve none

Chrystal, the Tampa office rep has been extremely rude and unhelpful in the transition from Shiftgig to LGC. Every time I call into the office she acts as if I am bothering her. Today when I called she was rude as always and hung up on me. I called to check on the status of my background check and she said "I thought we talked about your background check", when I informed her that we hadn't, she said "didn't you say you had some charges on your record?" I then informed her my record was clean and I had never been arrested she got upset and stated she would "call me back" when I asked her when (as I have been calling for a month and half) she replied by saying "when she has time to talk to me" and disconnected the call before I could speak. I have been very dissatisfied with this office and I will be sure to voice this with Jennifer Landreth and anyone else who needs to know how people are being treated.
