Our cat needed to be checked and we were welcomed in as a walk-in despite a booked schedule. Every single person we came across was patient, kind and they definitely gave my animals some lovin’. We encountered a ton of friendly people but I want to give a special shout out to: Savannah, Bryce, Gabriel and Dr. Cummins. These people not only took care of my cat, but they did so while they were taking care of other animals. They were patient, answered all my questions and they were VERY accommodating with scheduling for a follow up. My cat is doing really well (in case anyone was wondering) and made a full recovery. 10/10 recommend. thanks again, guys!

There was a terrible experience. They over charge and add additional fees on the back end. I was told I was covered by a service “wellness plan” that was not the case. There are a number of different vets in Jacksonville. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere. Please read the reviews prior to bringing your fur baby in. There has been multiple complaints about AJ changing her story and prices changing.

Was quoted $500 above market to have my 1 1/2 year old 55lb labradoodle neutered and was advised he needed this done within 7 days of a visit with them or it could be devastating for my pup. Got a 2nd opinion, pup is fully recovered from being neutered and no other health issues or concerns found and informed previous recommendations were off-base. Request cancel membership after explaining why and they still wanted $351 for the “wellness plan” that’s basically useless! Don’t recommend at all! Would give zero stars if it was an option.

I just want to say how grateful I am to have Dr.Linda taking care of my babies. She has been a blessing and has put our family at ease. She is super knowledgeable, makes sure you understand everything she did, and the way she loves my babies I couldn’t ask for more. Forever vets will be my babies place forever!! Your staff is amazing, even after some minor issues in the past, I would never go elsewhere! Y’all have the best Doctor In Jacksonville!!! Thank you the Osorno family is grateful!
